THE GOOD SPOT
The Good Spot is the newest concept by local restaurateur Omar Hasan. Once retiring from the US Navy, Omar had always planned to come back to Indy. This is a place that felt like a home away from home. Where it came easy to meet good people who quickly turned into good friends. The Good Spot is located at 2023 Southeastern Ave on the outskirts of Fountain Square. The Good Spot combines Good food, Good drinks, and Good people. With the menu ranging from loaded tater tots to grilled Salmon, we have something for everyone. The type of place you want to come and the bartender remembers you by name. Honestly, where everyone remembers your name :)

The food was awesome, hearty and seasoned to perfection I don't know if they have the reincarnate of my grandma in that kitchen but I'll most definitely be back.. the service was great and welcoming ( when you walk in seat yourself fyi) and be patient too

We stumbled upon this place and this is the best hidden gem I have even found. Run don't walk to try this amazing local place out. Don't let the area discourage you. Its just mins from downtown.The inside is extremely clean and the chairs are comfy. It's quiet and not like your typical bar.

This was my first visit to The Good Spot. I highly recommend the Mushroom and Swiss burger. The actual burger was prepared perfectly and had tons of flavor! The mushrooms and onions we caramelized, but not burned and added to the flavor of the burger. Great selection of libations and fabulous service too boot.
